It is summer so we are celebrating with a Luau Party!!

Monday, June 6th we will be having our next IMAGE event at 6pm!!! We will be meeting in the new Generations Building at Hillcrest Baptist Church (this is the building around back with the overhang). It is going to be a great night, and we hope to see you there!

We will be Cooking out and playing some games around 5pm until IMAGE starts around 8pm, so come early and invite ALL your friends for a great night! You will not want to miss this IMAGE — Summer Edition!

SPEAKER: Mark Lydecker is the Collegiate Evangelism Coordinator for the North American Mission Board. Mark formerly led the USF Baptist campus ministry, founded the Friends of Internationals student outreach in the Tampa area, and was pastor of a church outside New York City. In his role at NAMB, Mark has spoken at venues throughout the US and continues to consult churches, campus ministries, and missionaries in the development of collegiate evangelistic efforts. Mark and his wife Lynn live in the Atlanta area, and his daughter (a UF graduate) and son-in-law are missionaries in the Baltimore area.

SPEAKER:
Aaron Walp was a detective for a large metropolitan police department for eleven years before entering Christian education at the administrative level. He is currently the Pastor of Family Ministries at Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater Florida overseeing seven ministries. He has three earned degrees from Liberty University and is a doctorate candidate specializing in Christian Apologetics at Southern Evangelical Seminary.

SPEAKER BIO: Doug Kimsal is the Pastor of Spiritual Development at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Pensacola, FL. Prior to joining the Hillcrest staff in 2008, Doug ministered to congregations in Florida and Kentucky as a Worship Leader for 12 years. Doug’s call to ministry came in his mid-thirties after 15 years in software development. God continues to use Doug’s past experiences to play a key role in the Kingdom through the vision of Hillcrest – helping people in becoming like Christ through worshipping God, connecting with others and serving the world. Doug and his wife, Nadine, have been married over 22 years and have three grown children – Paul, Ben and Emma – each becoming like Christ more and more every day.
